Chemically Crosslinked Polyethylene Foam

Gulf-O-Flex® XLPE

Gulf-O-Flex® XLPE is a chemically crosslinked polyethylene closed-cell foam, finished with a thin layer of alupet facing and engineered for difficult environments in the long term. Its thin-layer, lightweight construction allows it to withstand high-pressure environments while delivering reliable thermal and acoustic performance.

As a passive solution to energy efficiency, XLPE requires no active maintenance to perform - making it an asset across HVAC, ductwork, automotive, marine, and industrial insulation applications. Self-extinguishing with Class O fire rating per BS 476.
